You tell us the rough size of the rug and what is wrong with it. We confirm the price from our published table, book a two-hour arrival window, and turn up with everything on board — a professional extraction machine, pre-sprays, enzyme treatment and a HEPA vacuum. We only need a power point and, ideally, a tap.
Usually right where it lies. Our machine keeps the moisture low and pulls it back out immediately, so polished boards, tiles and even carpet underneath stay dry — we lift a corner and check before we leave. If you would rather, we carry the rug to a tiled area, the verandah, garage or driveway and clean it there, which also speeds up drying on a warm day. Apartments are fine: the equipment fits in a lift and we need only a standard power point.
A rug laundry with an immersion wash is the right place for a hand-knotted wool or silk rug, and we will tell you if that is what you own. For the everyday rugs in most Adelaide homes — polypropylene, polyester, nylon, cotton, machine-made wool-look pieces — hot water extraction in your home gets the same result without the pick-up fee, the week without a rug, or the handling. You see the rug before and after, the room is back together by dinner, and the price is the price on the table.
Measure length × width. A runner or small rug up to 2 m² is $69, a medium rug (2–4 m²) $99, a large 2 × 3 m lounge rug $139, extra large (6.5–9 m²) $179 and an oversized 3 × 4 m rug $219. Over 12 m² is about $18 per m², quoted. The minimum booking is $89, and every extra rug in the same visit is 10% off, which is why most people book the hallway runner and the kids’ rug at the same time as the lounge rug. Pet urine, heavy stains, Scotchgard, sanitising and mould treatment are separate add-ons so you only pay for what the rug needs.

Common questions
Someone needs to let us in and point out the rug and the stains. After that you can get on with your day — the clean itself takes 30–60 minutes for a typical lounge rug, longer with several rugs or heavy treatment.
No. We are an in-home service by design: it is cheaper, faster and you keep the rug. If your rug genuinely needs an off-site immersion wash (wool, hand-knotted, silk), we will tell you so you can book a specialist laundry instead.
Clear what you can off the rug and make sure we can reach a power point. You do not need to vacuum — we do a thorough dry vacuum of both sides as part of the clean. If you know what the rug is made of, or can photograph the label on the back, that helps us confirm the method.
